Much of the damage the shelter suffered was having the roofs blown off many of the buildings. |
Here they are inspecting the electrical damage. Almost all the wiring was pulled out when the roofs were pulled up |
The shelter was flooded all around it. The only way to and from was by row boat at first. Fortunately a volunteer brought a boat with a small motor.
